BSAS Committee


Committee members consist of various campus representatives including the EH&S Officer, Risk Manager, and Workers Compensation Manager, along with several senior management members.

The BSAS Committee will issue a campus call for funding requests annually every May for funds available beginning July 1 of the following fiscal year. Off-cycle requests will be considered on a “first come, first served” basis at the next scheduled quarterly committee meeting. Any conflict for funds will be handled based on the risk, estimated return-on-investment and availability of funds.

BSAS funding requests can be submitted by any department with injury prevention needs due to hazard/risk exposures.
