How to Submit COVID-19 Vaccination Records

Academic Personnel & Staff

All UC Merced staff, faculty, academic personnel, and student employees are required to comply with CalOSHA emergency COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards, UC COVID-19 Vaccination Program Policy, and UC Merced's Directive on COVID-19 Mitigation Measures. As we navigate forward together, the page on the Campus Ready site will serve as a central resource for this policy and other information as we prepare for Fall 2021.

As of July 15, Employees must submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
